At 5DDpaints.com, most items are made to order through our trusted production partners, including Printify. Because each product is created specifically for your purchase, shipping times may vary depending on the item type, production schedule, and destination. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
All orders begin production after payment is processed.
Standard Production Time: 7–12 business days
(Production may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates.
U.S. Shipping:
After production, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days.
Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
International Shipping:
Delivery times vary by country and may take longer due to customs processing, import inspections, or carrier limitations.
Please note: These are estimates provided by our production partners and carriers. Actual times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or unexpected delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier and production partner.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are printed or fulfilled at different locations.
This is normal for made-to-order products, and each item will include its own tracking number if shipped separately.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at amazellostore@gmail.com — we can attempt to correct it before production begins. Changes are not guaranteed once printing starts.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please follow these steps:

Packages marked as delivered but not received are handled by the carrier. While we cannot be held liable for stolen or mis-delivered packages, we will always do our best to assist and guide you through next steps.
