5DDpaints is a family-owned creative studio that designs and produces made-to-order diamond painting kits.
We are not a marketplace, a reseller, or a mass-production factory.
Every design offered on this site is created or curated in-house and produced through established print partners so each kit is made specifically for the customer who orders it.
Ownership & Responsibility
5DDpaints is owned and operated by Nicole, who is directly responsible for:
- Design selection and creation
- Order processing and quality oversight
- Customer communication and issue resolution
There is no third-party customer service team and no outsourced support. When you contact 5DDpaints, you are speaking with the people responsible for your order.
Today, 5DDpaints is owned and operated by Nicole, who leads the business hands-on — from creating and curating designs to working directly with customers, lovingly known as our Sparklers.
Our History
The business originally launched in 2018 under the name Amazello with a small founding team. Like many creative businesses, the pandemic brought major operational changes, and Amazello ultimately closed.
In 2024, Nicole assumed full ownership and relaunched the brand independently as 5DDpaints.com, restructuring it as a smaller, transparent, family-run operation.
How Orders Are Handled
5DDpaints operates as a made-to-order business.

- Kits are produced through trusted international print partners
- Orders are fulfilled carefully, not pre-stocked or mass-shipped
This approach allows for quality control and design originality, but it also means shipping times are longer than those of big-box retailers. We communicate timelines clearly and provide tracking on all orders.

This business is supported by family involvement:
- Order preparation and checks are handled with direct oversight
- Creative support and design collaboration remain in-house
- No automation replaces human review
The scale is intentional. We choose accuracy and care over speed.
