At 5DDPAINTS, we offer a mix of made-to-order diamond painting kits and U.S.-fulfilled print-on-demand items. Because these products are produced differently, shipping times vary depending on the item ordered.

Diamond Painting Kits

Made to Order

Most of our diamond painting kits are made to order. Each kit is printed, prepared, checked, and packaged after your order is placed.

Processing Time

7 to 12 business days

This includes order review, payment processing, canvas printing, drill matching and preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.

Most single-kit orders move through production faster. Larger canvases, AB drill kits, and multi-kit orders may require the full processing window because each canvas and drill set must be prepared individually.

Shipping Time

7 to 20 business days after processing

Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on customs processing, postal carriers, weather, holidays, and overall shipping volume.

Current Shipping Notice

Due to increased postal delays, tariff requirements, customs processing, and print partner production times, some diamond painting kits may take up to 4 weeks or longer to arrive.

We appreciate your patience while your custom kit is being created and delivered.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple kits or different product types, your items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

This is normal. We ship items as they are completed so finished products can begin moving to you right away instead of waiting for the entire order to be ready.

You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.

U.S.-Fulfilled Items

The following items ship from within the United States:

Mugs, blankets, candles, shirts, puzzles, and wall art.

Processing Time

2 to 5 business days

Shipping Time

3 to 7 business days after processing

These items are produced and shipped locally, so they typically arrive much faster than made-to-order diamond painting kits.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Tracking updates may pause at times, especially during customs processing, when transferring between carriers, or before USPS final delivery.

This is normal and does not mean your package is lost. Once the package moves to the next shipping stage, tracking usually begins updating again.

Customs and Import Information

We currently cover tariff-related costs before shipment when applicable.

International customers may still be responsible for customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or local delivery charges required by their country.

Delivery Timeframes

All processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays can be caused by customs inspections, carrier backlogs, weather, high order volume, holidays, or other situations outside of our control.
