First we apologize if your order was damaged in transit to you. Please follow the below steps in order to receive a replacement:
- Take pictures of your entire order.
- Take pictures of the damaged portion of your order
- If present take pictures of any customs declaration notices, tape, and/or notes. We will need these to verify that damage was done by customs.
